Nodoguro is called "Nodoguro" in Kanazawa because the inside of its mouth is black. It is a very high-class fish in Kanazawa! It is rich in fat and is said to be the white meat of fatty tuna, making it a very delicious fish. A Kaga kaiseki meal featuring Nodoguro. Enjoy it with Kaga vegetables! Reception hours: 11:30-13:45, 17:00-20:00
